Data transfer to shipping service providers
If you have given us your express consent to do so during or after your order, we will pass on your email address and telephone number to the selected shipping service provider in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a of GDPR so that they can contact you before delivery for the purpose of notifying or coordinating the delivery.

After unsubscribing, we will delete your email address unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use the data in any other way that is permitted by law and about which we will inform you in this declaration.

5. Use of data for payment processing Credit check and scoring when selecting PayPal invoice purchase

If you choose the “purchase on account” payment method of the PayPal service PayPal Plus (www.paypal.com/de), you will be asked during the ordering process to consent to the transmission of the data required for processing the payment and an identity and credit check to PayPal in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a of GDPR. If you give your consent, this data will be transmitted to PayPal. For the purposes of their own identity and credit checks, PayPal or partner companies commissioned by PayPal transmit data to credit reporting agencies and receive information from them and, if applicable, credit information based on mathematical-statistical procedures, the calculation of which includes address data, among other things. 6. Integration of the Trusted Shop Trustbadge

The Trusted Shops Trustbadge is integrated into this website to display our Trusted Shops seal of approval and the collected reviews as well as to offer Trusted Shops products to buyers after an order.

This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests in the optimal marketing of our offer in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f of GDPR, which prevail within the framework of a balancing of interests. The Trustbadge and the services advertised with it are an offer from Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne. When the Trustbadge is called up, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, your IP address, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the retrieval. This access data is not evaluated and is automatically overwritten no later than seven days after the end of your visit to the site. Other personal data will only be transferred to Trusted Shops if you have consented to this, decide to use Trusted Shops products after completing an order or have already registered to use them. In this case, the contractual agreement concluded between you and Trusted Shops applies.

To improve interaction with our visitors, we use a Java Script plug-in from uptain GmbH ("uptain plug-in" https://www.uptain.de). This allows us to analyze your use of the website and improve customer communication (e.g. through a dialog window). To do this, we collect information about your usage behavior, i.e. cursor movement, length of stay, links clicked and any information provided. The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in direct marketing and the provision of our website (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit f GDPR). As a processor, uptain GmbH is strictly bound by our instructions. The information collected will not be passed on to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so. If the information collected by the uptain plug-in contains personal data, this will be deleted immediately after you visit our website.

8. Advertising via marketing networks

Google AdWords Remarketing
We advertise this website in Google search results and on third-party websites via Google Adwords. When you visit our website, Google sets the so-called remarketing cookie, which automatically enables interest-based advertising using a pseudonymous cookie ID and based on the pages you visit. This serves to protect our legitimate interests in the optimal marketing of our website in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f of GDPR, which predominate in the context of a balancing of interests. Once the purpose no longer applies and we no longer use Google AdWords Remarketing, the data collected in this context will be deleted.

Any further data processing will only take place if you have agreed to Google linking your web and app browsing history to your Google account and using information from your Google account to personalize ads that you see on the web. If you are logged in to Google while visiting our website, Google will use your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target group lists for cross-device remarketing. To do this, Google will temporarily link your personal data with Google Analytics data to create target groups.

Use of social plugins from Facebook, Google, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest
Our website uses so-called social plugins ("plugins") from social networks. When you access a page on our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of Facebook, Google, Twitter or Instagram. 10. Sending review reminders by email

Rating reminder from Trusted Shops If you have given us your express consent to do so during or after your order in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a of GDPR, we will send your email address to Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15c, 50823 Cologne (www.trustedshops.de) so that they can send you a rating reminder by email.

This consent can be revoked at any time by sending a message to the contact option described below or directly to Trusted Shops.

11. Contact options and your rights

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

• pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR, the right to request information about your personal data processed by us to the extent specified therein;
• pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR, you have the right to immediately request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data stored by us;
• pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless further processing

- to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information;
- to comply with a legal obligation;
- for reasons of public interest or
- is necessary to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;

• pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, insofar as

- the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to delete it;
- we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or
- you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;

• pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request that it be transmitted to another responsible party;
• pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or work or of our company headquarters..

Right to object

If we process personal data as described above to protect our legitimate interests, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests, you can object to this processing with effect for the future. If the processing is carried out for direct marketing purposes, you can exercise this right at any time as described above.
